We currently do not have a migration feature but we love this idea!
May I ask what is your use-case so we can assess how important having the migration of older chats to our platform?
Hi @karla , I am not the original poster, but we are looking for the same feature.
The use case for us is to be able to look through a customer’s support history, because they sometimes refer to past conversations. Another case is that the support team sometimes makes an exception for a customer if they misunderstood something, but they cannot claim that multiple times.
