AI Agents have moved from AI Assist into a dedicated
Automations area in the dashboard. Same agents, same settings, just better organized.
Check out the new area:
Automations!
What’s changed:
- Automations area layout: Home, Build (Agents), and Resources (Data Sources, Integrations)
- Agent cards: Agents now display as cards with an enable/disable toggle directly on each card. The on/off switch has moved here from the old Behavior screen.
- Renamed tabs inside your agent: Base Prompt is now called Instructions, Data Sources are now called Knowledge
- Unified Data Sources: All property-level data sources are now in one catalog under Resources in the Automations homepage with a single search bar across everything: Documents, FAQs, Knowledge Base, Shortcuts, and Website.
- Conversational setup wizard: Setting up a new agent is now a 9-step guided conversation. Each step offers both a UI and natural language option, with a built-in test chat so you can try your agent before going live.
- Test across channels: The agent tester now lets you pick which channel to test on (Live Chat, Ticketing, Facebook)
- Add-ons > AI Assist is now mainly used to track your credit usage, purchase Top Up credits, and Upgrade your AI Assist plan.
Your existing agents and settings are untouched – they’ve just moved.
