Reply chat from API

Hello, we are currently developing our own CRM and we want to centralize all the means of communication with our clients, one of them is, through the API we have managed to obtain the list of chats and the chat history in particular, but no We have managed to respond to messages from our CRM, do you have an endpoint enabled for this?

Unfortunately, we don’t currently have API endpoints for parsing messages between third-party platforms, and I can’t say we have any plans to add them in the near future.
