We use Make.com instead of Zapier for various tasks and automations. Currently, Tawk is not yet available on Make.com, but I was wondering if we could utilize the REST API to create tickets on behalf of users. Does anyone know if that’s possible or not?

Thanks for your query. tawk.to does integrate with Make, please see here:
However, it’s not currently possible to create tickets via API. This is on our list for future updates.

I need this to build a custom support ticket system on my app that integrates with tawt.to.
I was curious about this as well. If Tawk provides the right REST API endpoints, it should be possible to create tickets server-side, but it likely depends on the available authentication and ticket endpoints. It might be worth checking the API documentation or asking their support for confirmation.
