I wanted to inform you about an update to our Mail Notification and Chat Transcript systems.
Going forward, chat transcripts will be sent only for chats where visitors have actively engaged, either through messages, pre-chat form submissions, or using suggested message buttons. Now excluded from the mail notifications are chats where only automatic triggers or internal agents sent a message, and no reply from the visitor is present.
Mail Notification Settings Change:
The option to set ‘All Admins’ as mail notification recipients has been removed. This adjustment aligns with our ongoing efforts to align with junk mail prevention standards. You can now specify up to 5 email addresses to receive each type of mail notification.
