Hi, I’m fresh out the gate using Tawk.to and my particular setup is rather interlinked with various services by design and still in development.
What I would find very useful is the ability to use return events via Webhooks, specifically for tickets. For instance, an incoming source creates a ticket. When a reply is sent via the Tawk dashboard a return event also updates the source as well in parallel.
Apologies in advance if this has already been discussed. I couldn’t seem to find any similar conversations around it.
