Agent Signatures

Your ticketing system doesn’t have agent signatures for whatever reason, but you can program a personal shortcut, correct? I tried this w/ agents, but it doesn’t seem to work. Made one (/sig). It never shows up although if I got the profile it’s listed there.

Is there a way to setup opening signatures as well on responses. The AI agent does this, but agent responses don’t have a Hello (customer name).

I recommend creating a global shortcut for each agent. This way, you can use these shortcuts to quickly create or respond to tickets, helping you save time and maintain consistency in your replies.

Ok, thanks. Is there a reason profile shortcuts don’t work though? If you create some specific for an agent, they should show when that agent is answering, correct?

Do they only apply to chat, and not tickets?

Is there a way to setup a call w/ someone who can answer some bulk questions? We’re primarily looking to use tawk.to for email support, but it’s a bit of a mess in trying to figure out some things. The way the default system is setup, it’s really confusing for agents to understand what tickets are really opened, what has or hasn’t been answered fully.
