Hello everyone, I would like to request a change regarding privacy in conversation history. It would be very helpful if there was an option to designate who could or could not have access to the conversations, so that each agent would only have access to their own conversations. What did u guys think about it?

While we currently operate on an agent-centric platform to allow for centralized conversation management, we appreciate your feedback on this matter. We’ll certainly take your suggestion into consideration as we continue to improve our platform and prioritize the needs of our users.
