New to Tawk. After setting up my 1st property and inviting 4-5 members to sign up I decided to start over with a 2nd property. Deleted 1st property and all agents and re invited them to 2nd property. They now show pending instead of active although they have clicked the invite link and put in the same email and password. Any suggestions?

Hey! Sometimes when you delete a property and re-invite agents, their status can stay stuck on “pending” if the system hasn’t fully refreshed. Try asking them to clear their browser cache or use a different browser to accept the invite again. If that doesn’t work, resending the invite after a short wait might help.
