AI Assist Scraping Overloading Website

We have been having issues with the tawk.to plugin on our WordPress/WooCommerce site overloading our server. Our host has required that we disable to the plug-in for the time being.

We only noticed this issue once upgrading from 100 pages to 2000 pages. It seems that AI assist attempts to scrape every page at one single time. Is there a way to avoid this? Maybe have it be more like google and crawl one page at a time every few weeks?

On the premium plans, you can enable repeated re-scraping of your website, however, it’s only done once initially.
