AI Assist stops engaging


We are starting to see a peculiar behavior. AI assist opens the chat with the customer but stops responding. We then get a notification to engage in the chat. This started unprompted or without any changes. Has any update been made to it in the last 24 hours to trigger this behavior?

An in the preview interface, it is showing “unable to generate a response”.

We have the same problem. Apollo just doesn’t work.

I suppose they have a broader meltdown then. I tried turning things on or off - no change.
