When someone come to website message with ai . There no sound notification systems. Also when a user try to connect with agent ai don’t send message request to agent. This is poor feature. How agent know that someone try to connect with them? 24 hour keep eye on dashboard this is not possible.
By default, AI joins the chat faster than the incoming chat notification can ring. If you want to be notified of incoming chats you can set your AI Answer delay to 10 seconds, so your team could be able to react.
We are currently developing a feature update that will allow AI to send notifications for agents that are currently online which will help with this, but for now, you can add a Base Prompt instruction for what AI should say when visitor requests speaking with a human agent.
