Alias agent names on ticket emails

Hi there, I wanted to know if anyone has accomplished how to alias names on ticket emails? I want to be logged into all properties I have and respond to tickets but not use my profile name. I want it to come from a generic department or company alias.

Thank you for reaching out. For this, we usually have a separate account with a generic department or company alias as the account name when responding to ticket emails. You can then respond to the ticket using the separate account’s inbox or through the dashboard.
