These chats did not all just end within a few minutes of one another yesterday. What happened to the correct dates and times?

Could you please check the chat history for each affected chat and share a screenshot with us? Also, could you confirm whether the chats are all from the same visitor and let us know the duration of each chat?

I will send screenshots in a PM, as they contain private information. I will say in the public forum for others benefit who may be experiencing a similar issue that they are NOT the same visitor, and all chats were a short duration.
In addition, the visitor’s name at the top of the chat window is the wrong name. And the visitor’s information never loads into the Details pane on the right.
