I am using Tawk daily. Even more than my email client these days. I don’t need Tawk to send me emails when somebody replies to a topic I am associated with. Use the dashboard for that.
Request 1: Allow me to opt-out of emails the system sends when somebody responds to a thread I am associated with.
Request 2: Use Tawk to communicate this information. Example: There is an icon for “Active Chats”. Change that to “Active conversations” and show both Chats and Tickets that I need to respond to. List chats first, because they are usually more time sensitive.
