An error has occured while loading the knowledge base data

Hi friends,
i’m new here and i have a problem like these :
I had made 2 proporties and i want to setup knowledge base for each proprties. i can create the knowledge base in 1 property but on the other property i got error “An error has occured while loading the knowledge base data.”

Have you tried reloading your dashboard and changing the section? Does the issue persist?
