Any API to get the manully added customer email or phone information?

Hi Team,
I’d like to the email addresses or phone that agent inputed on the panel.
But when get the chat details, there is no email information.
Any API works on that?
I didn’t find information here https://docs.tawk.to.

I want this too and got nothing from docs.tawk.to. Anybody can help me? I want to use it on my website.
