This is something tawk.to developers are looking into they will optimize it on system level.

I’m facing a similar issue. The link description is provided alongside the link text, but without the HTML tags. This means users have to copy and paste the link, rather than simply clicking on it.
yeah… been dealing with this problem since AI asistant release. and there is simply not a way to fix it. sometimes it will display links sometimes it wont. the offical answer is that the widget isn’t compatible with hyperlinks.
