Using this Wordpress plugin Aruba HiSpeed Cache – Plugin WordPress | WordPress.org Italia and enable “active html optimization” only logged in users are detected online. Does anyone know how to fix this (other than unchecking the html optimization option)?

with direct chat link works well, but I can’t see visitors in real time.
