Hello, it would be very interesting if we could notify users in the application, through the chat, when certain articles are published in the knowledge base. Is there such a functionality or is it planned to be implemented?

Functionality like this could be achieved using the ‘‘Featured KB Article’’ Widget Card which would allow you to manually display Article or Article selection of your choice.
