Hello, I am trying to set up the base prompt of Apollo and have two questions:
Is it possible to increase the amount of characters that can be entered in the base prompt by choosing a specific plan?
Can Apollo be configured to change the status of a conversation to “closed” when the customer has clicked a button in the chat that he/she has no further questions?
Currently the character limit of the Base Prompt is the same across all subscription tiers, and we are planning to increase the list as AI technology gets optimized.
While info in Base Prompt is considered by AI at the highest priority, many inquiries that can be defined as Question and Answer would be best added to Data Source via document upload to reserve Base Prompt space for more important instructions.
Apollo AI cannot stop chat sessions at this time. It responds to every message received in chat.
It is possible to teach AI to introduce buttons after it has answered an inquiry that can lead to a chat transfer or ticket, serving as a logical conclusion to the conversation.
These are valid questions for features that we are planning for with future updates.
