Block by keyword

Hello,

Not sure if this is already possible, but we’re getting loads of SPAM chat requests, all about ‘investment’ and these are clearly just bots.

Is there a way to block any chat by keyword? For example, we’d like to just block/ban anything that contains the word ‘invest’.

I am sorry for this. You can’t block chats by keyword. However, you can block visitor, including their IP.

I’ll maybe add this as a feature request for consideration, we’re being bombarded with chat requests, all contained the word “investment” (which has nothing to do with what we do), so it would be great to be able to block this somehow (as they use dynamic IP addresses).

Just to add to this, we’ve now had to disable our chat due to this issue, I noticed another user posting the similar issue with the exact same type of spam (investment platform).

If we had the opportunity to ban by keyword, this would at least alleviate the issue we’re seeing.
