Can the mobile app support selecting an alias when chatting with customer service?

Thank you for reaching out.
Adding and alias and set it as default is already supported in the mobile app.
To do this, you can go to You > Account Settings > Alias.
When you have already added an alias, the name should already appear when you join the chat.
