Can we use Secure Mode with direct link?

I’d like to open a new window for tawkto chat widget. So I use direct link. However, I can’t find a way to send name, email, and hash to the direct link.
Can you advise?

To open a Tawk.to chat widget in a new window and pass the user’s name, email, and hash, first embed the Tawk.to widget script in your HTML. Then, use the Tawk_API to set the visitor’s data. Open the jetnet aa chat in a new window with JavaScript, and pass the user’s information. Generate the hash using your server-side language with your secret key.
