When I receive email notifications for chat transcripts, it would be very useful to see which page on our website the person is actually on when using the chat. I’ve asked the support team and they say this isn’t available?

You’re right it would be super helpful to see which page users are on during chat. But as support said, Tawk.to doesn’t include page info in email transcripts right now. Hopefully, they add this feature soon!
