Additionally, kindly confirm whether you are currently assigned as an agent or an admin on the property. If you are not an admin, please try switching to an admin role (if available) and see if the issue persists.

I tried several different browsers, FireFox, Brave, Chrome, Desktop app and android mobile app and still the same issue, and yes I’m assign as admin of the property
