cannot paste text into KB editor …impossible to use

Thanks for reaching out to us. Could you please share a short recording showing how you’re pasting the text into the KB editor? This will help us understand the issue better.
Additionally, have you tried using the “/” command before inserting or pasting the text? It might resolve the formatting concern.
