Cannot remove a ban!

I’ve been trying to remove a ban that I made to tyest out the banning system. I cannot remove that ban no matter what I try. I banned my a random chat from my own PC and browser, now when I follow the tutorial to remove the ban, the unban options or even the ability to select the checkbox on the left side of the ban entry, is not selectable.

I can see the ban, I can interact with it and read the entry, but I cannot revoke or select it using group select. This means I cannot revoke ANY ban. I can’t do it on Android OR Browser.

Any help would be deeply appreciated. The HELP section leads me through the process which I’ve followed numerous times to no avail.

Thanks for reaching out.

Please try accessing your tawk.to dashboard from another connection (like mobile data or a VPN). Once you’re on a different IP, you’ll be able to select and unban the entry.

If you still get stuck, just tell me your website URL and the email address associated with your tawk.to dashboard, and I will check further on this.
