Can't edit previous made widgets

When i view the Chat Widget overlay it only shows the most recent made widget and all other widgets disappear into the ether…

turns out it was because my screen rez was too wide, had to minimize my window for it to appear… Why not make the delete button like EVERY other button the interface instead of a popup / sticky.
