Can't log in to tawk web version

After successful registration, the web page is lost. I am using Google Chrome. Are there any restrictions on network lines and browsers? Some customers cannot see the chat icon when installed on the website. What could be the problem?

Just to confirm, you have registered with us and added the widget to your website, and some visitors see it while others don’t?

It is possible that you have set ‘‘Hide widget on Mobile’’ or ‘‘Hide widget on Desktop’’ enabled which can cause something like this.
