Chat keeps repeating the same message

tawk.to is supposed to show a prompt to the visitor once only. Note that this is a gallery of images.

This is what happens. Whenever the visitor moves from one image to another image in the same page, the same message is repeatedly showing up on the chatbot, irritating the visitor no-end.

I couldn’t see a rule (in triggers) that could prevent repeat of the same message. Is there a solution for this?

Disable basic - page notification trigger and make a new “advance” one also make sure you thick “Each visitor will only receive this message once.” checkbox setting.
