I have a taxi stand and I use pre chat. Every time a customer wants to book a ride, he fills in the departure and destination addresses. The problem is that after he finishes the chat, I want him to have to fill out the form again on his next visit so that I know the new details of the ride, how many passengers, from where to where, etc.

We’ve received an update from our development team. Currently, post-chat functionality is not supported. At this stage, we only have pre-chat enabled, which captures visitor details (such as name or email) before the chat starts. On their next visit, this information is auto-filled for convenience.
However, this setup is not ideal in scenarios where multiple users share the same device — such as different passengers at a taxi stand — as it can result in incorrect or irrelevant data being pre-filled.
Regarding the topic of clearing cookies:
When cookies are cleared, each session is treated as a fresh start. Our system will recognize the visitor as a new user and won’t be able to auto-populate any previous data in the form.
