Good afternoon.
I am new to this software and really liking it, but i have a confusion… if i visit tawk.to and start a new chat, is going to request my contact information, email, name, etcetera… Well, im setting up mine and i cant seem to find how to integrate it.

Also, when i start a chat on an incognito window, one a message has been sent, the AI assistant never responds, but the chat just gets transferred.
