Seems contacts are backlogged again. I am seeing all of the same issues that were originally reported in [27.07.2026] Contacts not recorded again today.
Hi, thanks for flagging this. I checked on our end, and there doesn’t appear to be an issue with contacts being saved at the moment. There may just be a slight delay before the contacts show up.
We’ll keep an eye on this, but please let us know if the contacts remain missing or if the delay gets longer. Thanks!
