Does anyone know if it is possible to create, within a Knowledge Base article, a link that allows you to open the form for submitting the ticket?

Thanks for reaching out. Currently, there isn’t a direct link to open a form for submitting a ticket. However, you can enhance the user experience by adding a “Submit Ticket” button within the Knowledgebase. This way, visitors can seamlessly create a ticket while exploring your knowledge base.
