Creater Border or Type Here Message at typing box

Dear Team,

I m using tawk.to from last 2 months and one thing i realized is our website visitors are getting confuse that how to start chat as they can’t see typing box properly because there is no border around that and there is no message like type here etc. if you guys can add that option at least 10% queries will increase. I m attaching screenshot

I also have issues, because the tawk.to branding is really close to the typing area on mobile that sometimes users click it when trying to type.
