I sent an invitation to an agent who accepted the invitation. Under user management, the status showed as Active for that agent. I deleted the agent and again sent an invitation. Now, tawk acts confused. It shows that agent status is pending. At the same time of try to resend invitation, it says agent already exists.

Hope all is well.
The first time someone is invited, they are asked to create a tawk.to profile that will be a member of your property right away. This was what the ‘‘Active’’ status meant.
If you removed the agent from your property, it does not delete their tawk.to profile, just removes the property, so next time you invited them, they wouldn’t create a new profile but instead, log on to the tawk.to dashboard and accept invite to join property from the notification bell.
