I am testing the ticket function and the emails I’ve been sending out were received with several hours delay. This seems to be a recurring issue with the system.
Is there a permanent fix for this?

Yes TICKETING SYSTEM of tawk.to is useless they may as well remove the feature all together because is not working and it’s been several months like that and devs seems to not care at all about it.
the tickets aren’t working—they aren’t reaching Gmail accounts or others—and according to them, they’re ‘diligently’ working to resolve it. But the truth is, they’re doing nothing because it’s not in their interest. If they fixed it, many people wouldn’t need to buy the white-label add-on
