When I click “Disable message preview on desktop” and “Disable message preview on mobile”, I can still see the message preview. I don’t want to see the message preview but only need to know if they’re typing or not. We’re an online emotional support platform because seeing the message preview will make users feel uncomfortable and monitor what they’re typing. Can you fix this for me?

Thanks for reaching out to us. The disable message preview on both desktop and mobile is for the welcome message feature. If you want to see what your client is typing, you may enable this feature.
