Can the parrot that is on the bottom of the chat ear where people type be moved higher as this is too near the chat messaging area and people are getting frustrated that they are constantly move to tawk to site when they were chatting? Just move it higher to where the green rectangle of agent name is?
Yes the branding logo on mobile devices is really close to the type here area. you should move it up a little bit or place it on other area, it is hard to type without hitting it on mobile devices.
