Does anyone use the same Apollo bot on several websites?

Hello,

Does someone have already used a bot on different website (different language, for example) ?

I want to do this but with different domain name (e-commerce) and I don’t know how to manage this. One knowledge base for different e-commerce website

Thanks for your query, and welcome to the community!

It’s best not to use the same bot and widget on different websites because Apollo can only answer questions using a single source of knowledge. It cannot differentiate between your websites.

Each website should have its own property and Apollo Bot.

Thanks @kristaps that’s clear. So if I want the same “knowledge base” for different website, I must use a csv file.

In principle, yes. However, employing the same bot across various websites poses a high risk of cross-contamination in its responses.
