I was wondering if it is possible to have a droplist functionality in the pre-chat form. I just want to allow visitors to select from a present options list for my website. Thanks.

Currently, you can ask customers via pre-chat form using multiple choice. Does that sound good to you or do you still prefer the droplist function?
Hi, I am currently using that multiple choice but to be fair I want a longer list and so using multiple choice is not good enough as the list is long. Since I want visitors to make a single section I would rather there be a droplist. It will be great if we can have this feature. Thanks.
