Emails for the tickets are not reaching people! PLEASE FIX

The responses to the tickets arrive 2 or 3 days later, which causes us to lose reputation with the customers because the response takes too long to reach them. You really shouldn’t advertise the ticket system as a feature, since it doesn’t work.

Due to this delay in responding to tickets, it makes us appear as your CEO mentioned in the latest blog post. "And this would have to be one of the worst customer service " because our promptly replies reach our clients 2-3 days late.

we will stop using the ticket system wich is broken. and reply to our clients direct from our email.

Thank you. Since the ticket system has not been working for months, it is not very reliable. For now, we have stopped using it, and we communicate directly with our clients via email. It’s not ideal, but this way we can be sure that our response reaches them on time.

I made some tests and found out that the emails are not reaching only gmail.com accounts.
not even on spam folder, they just don’t reach maybe google has your mailer blocked or something.

We have the same exact problem. Gmail domains do not receive messages

I found out is not only to gmail.com accounts it also happening with other domains.

so far emails just works on outlook…com, hotmail.com, live.com, icloud.com me.com and yahoo.com and some custom domains not all,

having same issue here and been testing tickets … takes hour or more to get the ticket and using gmail tests but seeing from other other domains too. Haven’t tested sending from tawk.to yet but sounds like others are seeing reliability issues with emails being received a couple days later. Real bummer since tawk looks pretty good but unreliable email is a deal breaker

Somebod tell me this is not true, all these months creating ticked giving links to missed chats and you are saying they are not receiving? @kristaps are we going to get notice when the issue is resolved? Do we stop now creating tickets?

We wanted to update you on the situation. Our current focus is on resolving the blockage of certain outgoing emails by Gmail.

We’ve reached out to our contacts at Google and are working with our account managers to expedite a resolution. However, as you might expect, it takes some time to navigate through the different levels within Google.

Hi, Can someone please respond to me on this please? I am still having issues with messages via Tawk.To not reaching gmail accounts. Do you know how long until there will be a resolution for this?

still is not working. for the free tier accounts, since gmail is blocking tawk.to emails

the only option is to pay for the white label add on so you can use your own domain.

they should remove the ticketing system for free accounts since is useless

The word ‘diligently’ is used rather casually there , it’s been months and still tickets do not arrive to GMAIL accounts.
