I added the chat to my website (embedded so using the Direct Chat link), but the chat bar is currently a thin, invisible line at the bottom that can be difficult for users to find. Is there any way to make it more prominent or add a function to improve its visibility? It would greatly enhance the user experience.

If you embedded the chat using the Direct Chat link, which loads the chat by opening the URL in an iframe, it might limit the customization options. However, if you embedded the chat using the widget code, we have options available for customizing the size and appearance of the Chat Widget.
To make the chat more prominent and improve its visibility, please follow these steps:
- Go to the Administration section of your tawk.to account.
- Navigate to Channels and select Chat Widget.
- Click on “Widget Appearance” to access the customization options.
- From there, you can modify the size and look of the Chat Widget to enhance the user experience.
