Feature Request - Getting visitor info even when Chat widget hidden

I would like to be able (on Tawk.to’s desktop software & also mobile app) to …

(1) get an audio notification (e.g. bell sound) whenever a visitor arrives on my website
& (2) be able to see what page of my website a visitor on, real-time

… even when the Chat widget is hidden.

Please can you add this as a feature?
