Feature request - Staff access to AI part of chat

Our office is looking for an internal knowledge base AI. We’ve found several that staff (when logged in) could query the AI model and get company answers.

It’s the same dataset as what we have in tawk.to, but to access tawk.to staff has to act like a customer and go through the widget process. This confuses our live staff that’s monitoring the chat.

The interface would be just like the admin test area in settings, but we don’t want staff to all have admin access to use it.

I think it would be a simple thing to create. The permissions would just be non-admins allowed to see that test area.

Is this something that could be done?
