Flashing or Auto Refreshing in Single Product Page

Customer can’t type, the chat box is auto refreshing when a single product or listing open. (I mean when they are on an individual product page the chat box keep flashing). But it normal on other pages.

search standartcaravans. And open any product to see details then try to make a conversation.

standartcaravans(dot)com and it’s causing issue on each single product page. when you will open any product to view the product details then the chat icon will appear and if you try to chat, the chat box will start blinking/flashing.

The widget is working, and I did not notice the flashing you mentioned.

Could you please try checking the website again using a different browser to see if the issue persists?

Thanks Janice, you are on a category page, that’s why the issue hasn’t arise. You need to open a single product to see it price and other details (Click on any of the products to open it details then see the chat or try to make a conversation/type there). On the same page when you will try to chat, it will start flashing.

The problem only arising on a single product, I mean when you open any specific product to see details and purchase it. On that page if you start a conversation the problem will arise.

Thanks for the details. Upon checking with our team, they discovered that the chat widget flickers when the animation or slideshow transitions to the next product.

They tested disabling one of the JS scripts responsible for the animation, and the flickering stopped. However, they were unable to pinpoint the exact line of code that conflicts with our widget.
