It used to show the number of unread messages (chat and ticket), but now it just shows a small red dot, which makes it hard to see when new messages come in.
Can we change it back to show the number of unread messages, or is there a setting that lets us choose whether to show the red dot or the number?

I’m sorry, but the change you mentioned was part of a recent update, and unfortunately, we’re not able to revert it back to the previous format with numbers.
For now, open chats or tickets will be indicated with a red dot icon.
