We are new on the platform. We basically have 2 admins and i want any ticket received to show to both Admins, but chat support says we cant do that? This doesn’t make sense.
I understand we cant assign tickets automatically but we should be able to choose which users can see all tickets atleast.
All tickets that are created within tawk.to system can be seen by all other admins, regardless of who has been assigned to them. Just make sure you have ‘‘All’’ selected in Inbox and you should be able to see special column for all the different assignees.
