we using tawk.to from last one week and we notice that we want a disable button for the notification like navigated to site or Visitor minimized the chat window this type of notification.
And other thing is this we need a voice note option so that clients can put a voice note to us if they are not able to explain in chat we can put voice note to them if possible please add this things

Regarding the voice note feature , we understand how helpful this could be. At the moment, we do not have a voice note option available in chat. However, you may find our Voice + Video + Screen Share add-on helpful, as it allows you to communicate with your visitors through voice or video calls and even share your screen for better assistance during a conversation.

As for your first question about disabling notifications , we would like to confirm if you are referring to the system events that appear in the chat body, such as “Visitor navigated to site” or “Visitor minimized the chat window.” If that is the case, you can hide these events by clicking the three dots (⋯) next to the Transfer Chat option and selecting “Hide Events.”

yes i know about voice +video+screen share add -on but we don’t need that because we can do that but in rush time we need voice note because at taht time voice calls are not possible hope you can understand this if in future you

and about events you said right just one thing more we have to hide that events in every chat or it can be closed auto if wqe close in one ?

Regarding the Hide Events feature, please note that this setting can only be enabled individually by users. At the moment, there isn’t an option to disable it for the entire property. The Hide Events setting only applies on the user’s end.
